What beverage types do you test?
We are a TTB-Certified Beer testing lab, and we also test a plethora of other fermented products, including wine, kombucha, hard seltzers, spirits, RTD cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.

How do I order tests?
Analytical Lab Services can be purchased online through the buy now button on each individual page. This will direct you to our ordering platform of Yeastman.com.
Please create a customer account. After ordering, please print out the Sales Order or ordered by through our Analysis Request Form and including it in the shipment with your sample(s)
First-time customer, please provide a credit card number under billing preferences, or include a check with the samples.
How to send in samples?
Samples can be sent to our San Diego Location. White Labs recommends shipping the minimum volume recommended under each panel type.
Samples are only received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
For shipping, we recommend using the fastest shipping speed you can afford to ensure a quick processing time.
We recommend safely packaging your samples to ensure minimal damage during transit.

Can I have my results rushed?
For Rushed testing, please email the Analytical Lab with inquiries. Please note that, depending on the test and laboratory capabilities, some tests can not be rushed.

How do I access my results?
Results will be sent via email with a PDF attached or can be accessed through our Sample portal. Upon receiving samples, an order confirmation will be created.
New customers will need to create an account with the Sample Portal. Please check your email to create an account within 7 days or the link will expire. If this happens, please reach out to analyticallab@whitelabs.com to receive a new account sign-up.
The testing I want isn't listed, how do I move forward?
Please inquire with analyticallab@whitelabs.com if a testing panel is not available. We can gladly see if another testing solution can be accommodated for your sample needs.
