What beverage types do you test?
White Labs offers third party analytical testing that is independent of the White Labs internal yeast production laboratory.
We are a TTB-Certified Beer testing lab, and we also test a plethora of other fermented products, including wine, kombucha, hard seltzers, spirits, RTD cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Tests are conducted using the strictest standards employing methods prescribed by the American Society of Brewing Chemists and AOAC. Many countries require TTB-certified lab documentation for the export of alcohol products, and White Labs has several certified TTB beer chemists on staff.
White Labs conducts tests and delivers results in a prompt manner, providing customers with information that is both timely and accurate.

How do I order tests?
Analytical Lab Services can be purchased online through the buy now button on each individual testing page. This will direct you to our ordering platform of Yeastman.com.
Please create a Yeastman customer account. After ordering, please print out the Sales Order or ordered by through our Analysis Request Form and including it in the shipment with your sample(s)
First-time customer, please provide a credit card number under billing preferences, or include a check with the samples.
How to send in/drop off samples?
Samples can be sent to our San Diego Location. White Labs recommends shipping the minimum volume recommended under each panel type.
Samples can be shipped or dropped off at the San Diego Location from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, excluding holidays.
For shipping, we recommend using the fastest shipping speed you can afford to ensure a quick processing time.
We recommend safely packaging your samples to ensure minimal damage during transit.

Can I have my results rushed?
For Rushed testing, please email the Analytical Lab with inquiries. Please note that, depending on the test and laboratory capabilities, some tests can not be rushed.

How do I access my results?
Results will be sent via email with a PDF attached or can be accessed through our Sample portal. Upon receiving samples, an order confirmation will be created.
